An Implementation Consultant will work with you to map clients and file metadata values from your current environment into CCH Axcess™ Document. The Implementation Consultant will upload files to Document from your environment using the rules set in a conversion mapping template.

As an alternative to paid conversion services, you can drag and drop large groups of files by client gradually over time until all files for active clients are in CCH Axcess™ Document.
